INSIDE GRAND HYATT DFW: Meeting Concierge Station

A good hotel concierge is worth his or her weight in gold, right?  I mean, they just have a way of making things happen!  We adore having a designated person at a hotel to point us in the right direction for whatever our little hearts desire. 

But what if your visiting a hotel for business and not for leisure?  Wouldn't it be grand to have a designated person that you can go to to make your business trip run as smoothly as possible?  We thought so.  That is why we are proud to offer the meeting concierge station.

Located on the meeting room level, the meeting concierge station is your "one-stop shop" for assistance and information.  Featuring four flat-panel display boards, meeting attendees can view meeting schedules, weather and flight information.  They can also print a boarding pass and check-in or out of their hotel room.  But what makes this feature extra special, and adds a personal touch, is our meeting concierge, Kimi!  Always with a smile on her face, Kimi sees to all the meeting attendees' needs right from the convenience of this one station.  "The attendees love that they can get their boarding passes and check in or out of their hotel room at their convenience between their meeting schedule obligations.  I also do a lot of flight changes, or recommendations for flight changes, based on their need/want to board an earlier flight," says Kimi.  She adds, "Meeting planners also really appreciate knowing where to go and who to see when they need assistance with anything."

"The meeting concierge station provides a level of convenience that is not readily available at most hotels," says Bridget, Catering/Convention Services Director, "Not only does a highly knowledgeable meeting concierge, who is eager to provide assistance, man this station, but the station is also very user friendly."

We strive to offer all of our guests the same level of service, whether they are here for business or leisure.  We feel the meeting concierge station provides an added touch to the experience and gives meeting planners peace-of-mind knowing that their attendees are in good hands.
