Associate Spotlight

What makes a hotel standout in the crowd?  All hotels have beds, bathrooms and restaurants, right?  So what keeps guests coming back again and again?  While keeping our product in tip top shape is important, we like to nurture the culture in which our associates thrive.  You can tell that we are proud of our hotel, and it comes across in our daily guest interactions.  We are selling an experience, and we pride ourselves in providing authentic hospitality.  But it's not enough for you to just hear it from us, that is why we truly appreciate when a guest reaches out to us to recognize those associates that make his or her stay special.

Here is a recent letter we received and have been given permission to share with all of you.  She was here to experience the Epicurean Studio Weekend package.  Thank you to those associates that did their part in making her stay so memorable.
