Newest Family Member: Chef Jean-Claude Plihon

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce you to the newest addition to our Grand Hyatt DFW family.  Our new executive chef!

Jean-Claude Plihon

And yes, he's French!  We're so fortunate to have Chef Plihon on our team and hope that you will stop by the Grand Met restaurant to welcome him to Dallas and sample the delicious fare.

Also, Chef Plihon conducts our Epicurean Studio Cooking School classes.

Press Release excerpt below:

In addition to Egypt, Plihon has held culinary positions spanning the globe in locations such as Barbados and France, and domestically in Florida and California.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jean-Claude to the Grand Hyatt DFW team”, says Andrew Davidson, General Manager. “His extensive international experience in luxury hotels will enhance our culinary operation and expand our ability to cater to our diverse clientele.”
