Grand Hyatt DFW Announces New Food & Beverage Director

We are pleased to announce the appointment of a new director of food and beverage, Matthew Brink. Please see an excerpt from the press release to learn more about Matthew.

“Matthew has excelled with Hyatt for many years, and we’re excited to welcome him to our exclusive property in Dallas. The food and beverage director has a highly visible role, and we are confident in his ability to provide excellent service and meaningful experiences to our guests,” says recently appointed General Manager, Lance Marrin.

Brink has worked in the food industry since 1989 and has been with the Hyatt hotel group since 1995. He has held positions at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa in Koloa, Hawaii; the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort; the Hyatt Westlake Plaza in California; and most recently, the Hyatt Regency in Long Beach, California.

The new hire is well timed with the recently announced renovation of the M Lounge and Moka dining areas, which will include a dedicated sushi bar and 24-hour coffee bar serving illy® CafĂ© beverages, pastries, quiches, hearty sandwiches, gourmet desserts and gluten-free options.
