How do I access the hotel from other terminals?
Grand Hyatt DFW is accessible via complimentary airport transportation: Skylink train or Terminal Link shuttle bus.

Use Skylink if:
·    You have carry-on luggage only.

Skylink is accessible on the secure-side of the terminal. Follow the signs to the platform and board the train for Terminal D/Grand Hyatt DFW. Exit the secure-side of Terminal D between gates D22 and D23 for the quickest access to the hotel’s escalators or elevators. Our lobby is located one floor up from the departures level of Terminal D.

Skylink Hours:
·    Skylink runs 24-hours a day
·    Trains arrive every 2-5 minutes
·    Average ride time is 5 minutes; maximum ride time of 9 minutes between farthest points

Skylink Locations:
·         Terminal A: Between A13 and A16; Between A29 and A34
·         Terminal B: Between B9 and B12; Between B28 and B31
·         Terminal C: Between C8 and C12; Between C27 and C32
·         Terminal D: Between D11 and D20; Between D24 and D34

Use Terminal Link if:

Terminal Link buses are found on the arrivals level, outside security, of each terminal and run every 10 minutes. Board the bus for Terminal D/Grand Hyatt DFW. The hotel’s lobby is located one floor up from the departures level of Terminal D and is accessible via escalator or elevator.

·    5 AM – Midnight: buses arrive every 10 minutes
·    Midnight – 5 AM: call 972-574-LINK (5465) for pick-up
·    All buses are wheelchair accessible
·    There are two, easy-to-locate green pick-up/drop-off areas located outside bag claim areas of each terminal.

What are my parking options at the hotel?

Grand Hyatt DFW offers complimentary self-parking in the Terminal D parking garage adjacent from the hotel entrance located on the departures level of Terminal D. Please see the front desk for a parking voucher upon check out or anytime leaving airport property.

Grand Hyatt DFW’s valet stand is located on the departures level of Terminal D, near gates D22-24.

2013 Valet Parking Fees:
$12 - 0-6 hours transient
$16 - 6-10 hours transient
$25 - 10-24 hours transient
$25 - All overnight guest

If you pass through the airport entrance tollbooth using your NTTA toll tag, we are unable to reimburse the charges. Please note, this affects local, drive-in guests attending meetings or using our Park.Sleep.Fly. package.

·    Login to your NTTA account and temporarily “exclude” DFW Airport prior to your visit to prevent an automatic charge to your account.
·    Or, you can complete a Parking Reimbursement Form (available at our front desk). Forms are processed weekly, so allow 10-14 business days for the refund to post to your NTTA account.

Is smoking allowed at the Grand Hyatt DFW?

Grand Hyatt DFW hotel and Terminal D are smoke-free facilities. There are designated smoking areas outside the terminal, and hotel guests are permitted to smoke outside in the rooftop pool area located on the 9th floor.

Why is there no coffee maker in my room?

A single-serve coffee maker can be pre-placed in your room upon request. However, please note that all guests receive a complimentary daily cup of illy® CafĂ© brewed coffee from our Moka coffee bar, located on the lobby level. 

Are there any special room options for an allergy sufferer?

PURE – Hypo-Allergenic Rooms
PURE – Hypo-Allergenic Rooms are designed to provide a comfortable sleeping environment for all guests, especially allergy sufferers. Although all Hyatt rooms follow a strict protocol for cleanliness, PURE rooms undergo an additional six-step process to reduce airborne particles and minimize the presence of potential irritants. This process includes installation of a state-of-the-art air purification system and treatment of all fabrics and surfaces in the guestroom. All PURE rooms are installed and maintained on an ongoing basis by PURE Solutions NA.
The PURE – Hypo-Allergenic Rooms purification process includes:
  • Application of PURE Shield and PURE Clean to minimize presence of allergens on carpet, upholstery and other surfaces in the room.
  • One-time shock treatment to minimize irritants.
  • Complete disinfection of Air Handling Unit and Installation of removable tea tree oil cartridge to maintain these conditions.
  • Installation of hypo-allergenic mattress & pillow encasings.
  • Installation of a powerful air purifier by Healthway, listed as a Class II Medical device by the F.D.A.
  • Recertification every six months.
How to reserve:
·    This room type is based upon availability. When booking through, if this room type is available, it will populate for your searched stay dates. When booking through our 1-800 reservation system (1-800-233-1234), please indicate to the operator that you would like to book a PURE room.

How do I request a copy of my stay folio?

In order to ensure the security of our guest’s private information we require a verified request form be submitted online to release a copy of an invoice after a guest has departed the hotel. For your convenience, this form is located at Simply complete the online form in order to retrieve your folio.

·    Your folio is available online beginning one (1) day after check-out and for 90 days thereafter.
·    Only reservations checked-in with a credit card are retrievable online.
·    The online form requires:
o   Guest Name
o   Stay Dates
o   Hotel Name
o   Last 4 digits of the credit card
·    If all four criteria match, you will be able to immediately retrieve a PDF copy of your folio.
·    If any of the criteria do not match, additional information is required and your folio will be emailed to you within 48 business hours.

Are there any special accommodations made for stranded passengers?

The stresses of airline delays, cancellations and lost baggage are a lot to handle. For our guests that have experienced these unforeseen issues, we are pleased to provide complimentary travel kits that include toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving cream, disposable razor and lotion.

I'm celebrating a special occassion during my stay. What amenities are available?

From pre-placing flowers in your room to arranging transportation, our staff will work with you to help faciliate the celebration of your occassion. Please contact the hotel directly with as much advance noticed as possible at 972-973-1234. Our fabulous pastry chef can also bake up a special cake upon request - please call our food and beverage department for pricing at 972-973-1244.

What are my other nearby dining/shopping options?

The Grand Hyatt DFW is pleased to offer the Terminal Re-entry Program. Guests can receive a pass to re-enter the secure side of the terminal which gives them access to all the dining and shopping options in any of the DFW Airport terminals.

To obtain a pass:
·    Visit the Concierge or Front Desk with your government issued ID.
·    Staff will take down your room number.
·    DFW Security Services is called to give you a “pseudo-boarding pass”.
·    You will then be directed to the security checkpoint at gate D22.
·    You will go through security (body scan, pat down and extra security).
·    The pass is only good for a one-time use. Should you want to enter again, the process has to be repeated from the beginning.
·    Terminal Re-entry passes are only available until 8 PM.

Historic downtown Grapevine, Texas is located minutes northwest of the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport and is home to many charming shops and dining options. For your convenience, this shuttle picks up guests on the departures level of Terminal D.

How to ride:
·    Visit the Concierge or Front Desk to purchase the pass of your choice.
o   Individual Day Pass: $5.00
o   Family Day Pass: $10.00 (up to 2 adults with children up to 18-years-old)
·    Boarding the shuttle: Please be at the shuttle stop five minutes prior to the scheduled time. In order to maintain an on-time schedule, drivers are unable to wait for passengers.
·    Accessibility: All of the shuttles are accessible for common wheelchairs that are equipped with tie-down strap attachments.  A maximum of two wheelchairs may be accommodated each shuttle.

Do hotel guests receive any special accommodations for passing through security lines quicker?

Available from the concierge, meeting concierge or front desk, guests can request a Priority Screening Pass that allows them to use the First Class Priority line to get through security. Typically this is a shorter, faster processing line; however, no guarantees can be made.

Where can I purchase sundries (medicine, toiletries, etc.)?

Our housekeeping department has a variety of toiletries on hand for our guests. However, should you require something that we do not keep in stock, you can visit Hudson News, located on the Terminal level, outside security, between the hours of 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM, daily. Between the hours of 8:00 PM - 6 AM, our front desk agents have access to a very limited selection of sundries, which are available for purchase.
